Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Natural Expressions. We are committed to delivering your products safely and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

We strive to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

  • Processing Window: Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days.

  • For orders placed after 5 PM, please give an extra day for them to be handled and picked up by our carriers. 

  • Operational Hours: Our logistics team operates Monday through Friday.

  • Friday Orders: Please note that orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday, as our carriers do not count weekends or Fridays as active dispatch days.

  • High Volume Disclaimer: During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you immediately via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all regular items.

United States 3 – 5 Business Days
European Union 1 – 6 Business Days

Note: Shipping costs may only apply in cases where special delivery arrangements are requested through our customer service team.

3. Domestic & International Restrictions

To maintain our service quality, we currently ship only to the contiguous United States and the European Union. We do not ship to:

  • U.S. Territories & Non-Contiguous States: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Micronesia, and the Marshall Islands.

  • Other International Addresses: We do not currently offer shipping to regions outside the US and EU.

4. Smart Warehousing

To ensure the fastest delivery, your order will automatically ship from the facility nearest to your delivery address.

Please note: Large orders or multiple items may arrive in separate packages to expedite delivery.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can monitor your package's journey directly through the carrier's website.
